Two Inspirations of People Who Are Part of Diversity In Technology

   

      Juliana Rotich  

   Rotich was born in 1977 in Kenya which is in Africa. Juliana’s interest and indeed passion for technology started at a young age, whilst still at school where she chaired her high school computer club. After grating from High school, she relocated and went to be admitted at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, in the United States. She graduated from there with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

   Juliana Rotich is globally recognized as a technologist, strategic advisor, entrepreneur and futurist. She's the co-founder and executive director of BRCK.org where she sends electronics to Africa so people over there can get access to the internet. She wanted to help 800 million people in Africa don’t have access to the internet. The BRCK helps people in Africa to have access to WiFi. 

         Hasani Jess  


   Hasani Jess is the UK Chief Technology Officer at Simply Business, responsible for the InsureTechs technology vision. His wide ranging expertise and forward thinking approach enables him to devise and execute ambitious long-term technology strategies. Hasani received his Bachelors of Eng in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Aston University in Birmingham, UK.

   The Inclusive Tech Alliance (ITA) is a membership body dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusion in the UK tech sector, working alongside a variety of stakeholders. It's about bringing more people in the tech world. So Hasani Jess job is to lead The efforts of the technology development within the company, and tlead teams of people in the information technology department.
